Lanie has been my service contact coordinator since I’ve been going to the Clay Cooley dealership. Even though there’s been a constant problem with my lights and such, Lanie continues to be positive and doe been going to the Clay Cooley dealership. Even though there’s been a constant problem with my lights and such, Lanie continues to be positive and does her best to come up with solutions with the team to try out. When they say that people will take the customer and make sure that they’re on their side and not throw them to the curb and then not explain things at all, that’s not this dealership at all. In fact, working with Lanie, I feel like she’s a family member or a friend that has my back and consistently will go to bat for me. Even though the problem wasn’t resolved because the car just has an ongoing issue right now I will say that I will continue to go back to see Lanie and I’m looking at trading my car out pretty soon to a different jeep so she will be my ‘go to’ service person. Thank you again Lanie! More

Praises for extended warranty the dealership completed repairs that included replacing air blower and they said I had a broken engine mount (no signs to me, but ok) Service dept charged my warranty ALSO to pay for the diagnostic again and the talk with my service agent upon picking up my car was to credit my oit of pocket $268 as a service credit towards anything future because he did not know how to apply/reallocate the funds paid towards the invoice. Since, Reached out few times in service text for status and was told to hang tight as he get me that information (something to show my proof of credit). I could use towards scheduling to complete some recommended repairs as I’m feeling where something just didn’t seem right with my vehicle (thinking nah it just came out of the shop and could be just mental) Now family and I are 8hours away from home got stranded on highway because the engine light suddenly came on, engine shaking, car rev and jumping and now my car is now inoperable. Reached out to service agent (in panic that included issue) even asked for name of his manager. Still no response. Very hurtful. More
