First I would like to say is bring back Austin Howell and put him in charge of the service department (IF IT AIN"T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT) instead of aka (THE DESK JOCKEY PENCIL PUSHER ALEC R). At least Mr. Howell is more people friendlier and very knowledgeable of FORD products. I been bring 5 different FORD vehicles to this service department since 1992! Another person you should take care of is service technician Chris James, also very knowledgeable (AT LEAST HE OWNS A FORD). So who every is reading this sends it to the right people to get there xxxx together and get ride of the D.J.P.P. Other than that I'm happy with the out come AFTER Mr. Howell and Chris James took over the service of my vehicle and of the relationship I've had in the past with Mr. Howell. Dropped vehicle off for service: 1. 2/14-3/19 not fixed (DJPP still had it) 2. 3/24-3/31 not fixed (DJPP still had it) 3. 4/1-5/5 Chris James and Mr. Howell did what (DJPP) could not do! I WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE CENTER AFTER SOME CHANGES AT MANAGEMENT. In closing I give Austin Howell and Chris James 5 STARS and the DJPP, It's not worth my time.... Thank You Dan C. I initially contacted the dealership on April 30th to purchase a 2024 F-250 King Ranch. After some negotiation, we agreed on a price. However, when I asked for a purchase order, they included a $2,500 do purchase a 2024 F-250 King Ranch. After some negotiation, we agreed on a price. However, when I asked for a purchase order, they included a $2,500 down payment that I had never agreed to—just to make the numbers match. I made it clear that I wasn’t okay with that and backed out of the deal. On May 2nd, I called back and offered to buy the vehicle at the original agreed-upon price, without the unauthorized down payment. Instead of honoring the deal, they raised their dealer add-on fee by $3,000. I have documentation to back all of this up if anyone’s interested. I strongly recommend staying away from this dealership—or at the very least, proceed with extreme caution. If you're curious, search their name on Reddit. I’m clearly not the only one who’s had a bad experience. More
