Efrain Rodriguez Guzman at Clay Cooley Arlington was professional, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, extremely patient with me, and most importantly, honest. (I can be hard to deal with at times.) He professional, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, extremely patient with me, and most importantly, honest. (I can be hard to deal with at times.) He and the General Sales Manager Tunde Ogundele made the entire experience as pain free as possible. I would recommend purchasing from Efrain to all of my friends and family members, as he did such a great job informing me of all costs up-front, with no hidden fees, unlike other dealerships I have delt with in the past. Overall, I would recommend Efrain for the positive experience I had, and would definitely buy from him in the future. Thank you Clay Cooley Arlington, Efrain is an asset to your company and a great representative for Ford Motor Company. More

We frown hugely on foreign cars. 3) Text message for added repairs woukd not copy/paste to send to partner. 4) When I tried to screen shot the added repairs to text to John, they pictures/prices were gone. 5) Price tags were impossible to remove from Ford coffee mug that I bought. 6) My radio station on the car had been changed, and I’m trying to find it while I’m driving, very dangerous. 7) John’s dad’s Sable zippered leather folio was on the front passenger floor of the car. WHY did you go in our glove compartment to remove it? It was LOCKED!!! 8) Our neighbor is having engine problems with his foreign car. He approached me about buying an A Plan car at a Ford dealership. I couldn’t give him any business card. I MISS WALT, our salesperson, and the tall black general manager who always gave John a fun/hard time about the Packers. Your dealership has absolutely ZERO CHARISMA. 9) No Packers yellow. vehicles in parking lot for sale. John wants a Ford Escape. If I would have been approached by a salesperson while I sat in the sales lobby for an hour, I would have ordered a Packers yellow 2026 Ford Escape for John, providing I did not need to order a fleet of ten (Rockwall Ford), or a fleet of five from Bergstrom Ford In Green Bay. I do not do car wraps. They look horrid after one year of being scratched. I want a factory paint job. Your management is TOO STOOPID to drive to Benders on a Packers game day and take new car orders from 200 Packers fans! Everyone in that bar wants a Packers yellow vehicle, but car dealers in DFW are TOO STOOPID to think there are anything but Cowboys fans in DFW. 10) Why not name is Clay Cooley Drive and Clay Cooley Parkway, instead of Avenue J and Avenue H? What a stoopid name for roads 11) We received a 10% military discount on our oil change and filters, WHY is this the first time receiving a military discount in the fifty years I’ve been visiting Ford dealership service departments? Work done online truck without my permission. I do understand what’s going on and it’s gonna be his ordered against mine. After looking at My Bill I did not authorize a brake flush or steering wh I do understand what’s going on and it’s gonna be his ordered against mine. After looking at My Bill I did not authorize a brake flush or steering wheel service. That was nothing wrong with my brakes or my steering. We never talked about it. The only reason I was there was for the $89 all change. And I ended up with a bill of $483.25. I was told it would have been over $700 and I would have really been upset to get it charged that high. When all I want it was an oil change. He showed me a picture of an oil. . I was told it would have been over $700 and I would have really been upset to get it charged that high. When all I want it was an oil change. He showed me a picture of an oil leak and I thought that was what was being worked on. He also mentioned the washer fluid was dirty and I agreed to have it changed. I did not authorize a coolant exchange. It is something that was checked out earlier this year. it states that there’s one coolant exchange perform the best they could do to aftermarket coolant container. I don’t understand what that’s about. I’ve been coming there for 16 years to have service on all my vehicles but not anymore. It is a dangerous game that Mr. Sanchez is playing with other people’s money. He puts himself in harms way and others when he does that. I tried to talk to the supervisor at Clay Cooley Ford, but he didn’t have time for me. it says that a multi point vehicle inspection was done, but I didn’t get a copy. I’ve always gotten a copy when I had my truck service there. I don’t understand what the original $100 estimate is about. My previous oil change came to $89 and the one before that was $71 at Grand Prairie Ford. Mr. Sanchez must be new. Things are done different there now than before when I would have to sign off on work to be performed. More
