It was what I read in the manual was likely the problem. It was what I had told Grapevine Ford, that it was likely the alarm because it was so sensitive. Very very long wait. Service for oil change was estimated to be an hour to hour and a half and I waited about 2 hours until they finally pulled my car in for service.
