We purchased a used vehicle, throughly planned on signing it being ready to pick up on Saturday only to be told it would be Monday, we took one of the vehicles back home and waited. They needed to detail fix some paint under their guarantee and replace the tires Didn't come Monday, had to reach out late in the day Was told it would be Tueday... Then asked Tuesday when I checked in again if it would be today, then they asked if I wanted the paint items fixed... All in all it got delivered Wed, hours after they said it would be here and it was not cleaned out, the last person to trade it in still had their stuff in the bed and center console, just disgusting More

First the porter wrecked my new truck while taking it to get detailed. Faraz talked me into using ya'lls finance dept. After making a deal and financing approved I came in to sign and pick up the truck it h get detailed. Faraz talked me into using ya'lls finance dept. After making a deal and financing approved I came in to sign and pick up the truck it had changed and we started over with new financing. I went with my own as I had wanted to in the beginning. Delay in delivery which it wasn't detailed as promised, had to bring it back twice ( for adjustments from the wreck on the utility bed . They lost my second set of keys and I had to get a duplicate tool box key on my own. Was told I would get ford points for all my trouble, came in for oil change and had no ford points. Over all I would not recommend Clay Cooley as this was one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had overall. More
