My car was done being serviced at 9:15. It wasn’t until I called at almost 3PM and they told me my car was ready. Once I got my car it pulls to the right really hard. It didn’t do that before. I confirmed my called at almost 3PM and they told me my car was ready. Once I got my car it pulls to the right really hard. It didn’t do that before. I confirmed my phone number with the rep and was assured I would get a call once completed. I lost an entire day of work over this. Now I may have to take it somewhere else to get an alignment because I know if I bring it back there it will be an all day event as it has been in the past. This is not the only time this has happened to me. Really disappointed More
