I came in for an oil change (The Works) that I always get and it’s the same price. This time the service advisor said it would be an extra 20 because I use full synthetic oil. I explained to her that I hav and it’s the same price. This time the service advisor said it would be an extra 20 because I use full synthetic oil. I explained to her that I haven’t changed the engine in the care so why now a 20 upcharge. Not happy at all about that. More
