I was forced to take my car there after a safety recall part ruined my motor. I was given a loaner car after 3 days. Kevin did a great job helping me with that and answering questions while we got all of t part ruined my motor. I was given a loaner car after 3 days. Kevin did a great job helping me with that and answering questions while we got all of this started. But what no one told me was that I was going to be charged 250 with zero notice. I was told to return the car with a full tank, don’t go through tolls. No smoking. No animals in the vehicle. I returned it with a full tank of gas. I did not go through any tolls. I own animals and sometimes have animal hair transfer, but not a lot- no animal got in the vehicle or anywhere near the vehicle and I quit smoking 4 years ago. No one told me to expect a 250 charge. I was not expecting it and it very much put me in a bind. No one explained to me that it is normal to smell a faint burning odor when a new motor is put in or what to expect or to be careful about when driving a vehicle with a motor that has not been broken in. No one told me that there is a 500-1k mile break in period. I am very much not at all happy with ford right now and will most definitely NOT be getting another ford vehicle in the future. More

I went to Don Davis/ Clay Cooley Auto Dealership for an oil change and State inspection, etc. like I always have in the past. A couple of weeks after my service I was driving out of town and after 30 miles oil change and State inspection, etc. like I always have in the past. A couple of weeks after my service I was driving out of town and after 30 miles into my trip a loud banging under the car occurred. I stopped and looked and seen something hanging down that appeared to be the splash guard. I took it to Yates Brothers Collision the first place I saw, they found that 6 screws were missing, and the other 4 was loose on the splash guard and it was about to fall off. I'm glad that I stopped when I did because it could've been a lot worse. Usually I get great service when I go to Clay Cooley but not this time. I'm not happy at all! More
