Treatment I received I brought my vehicle in on Mar 13th for an oil change and since the pandemic, I've driven less than 300 miles. On 7/5, I got in my vehicle and the lig I brought my vehicle in on Mar 13th for an oil change and since the pandemic, I've driven less than 300 miles. On 7/5, I got in my vehicle and the light indicating I needed an oil change came on. I called my son and he came and checked the oil and the stick indicated that there was no oil in it. I called the next morning and a tow truck was sent to pick up my vehicle. The service guy called me back and said the vehicle was full of oil and began questioning me like my son and I didn't know what we were talking about. I was told that I would have to come and get it because they couldn't bring it back to me. I told them that my son was out of town and I didn't have a way to get it. I called the next morning and I was told the same thing. I had to get Uber to bring me out there. I feel that you all did not take into consideration that I am a senior citizen and because of the pandemic, I did not want to get out with just anyone. I know that I am just one person but I doubt if I will be using your service in the future. More

Recall I made my appiontment for 10am and got there early, they came right out and get me going and it took most of the day.
