2019 LINCOLN CONTINENTAL We bought a 2019 Lincoln Continental on November 30th. We have not been able to enjoy the Lincoln because it has been in the shop 3 times for the sam We bought a 2019 Lincoln Continental on November 30th. We have not been able to enjoy the Lincoln because it has been in the shop 3 times for the same issue. The sunroof makes a knocking noise on the street and highway. We just got it back and it is still makes the same noise. Also the roof no longer opens as far back as it should. This is a luxury car that was purchased for my wife whom has not gotten the opportunity to enjoy it. We have always had a good experience with Lincoln and Don Davis, but we are both disappointed with the service at this time. At this point, we will contact the manager/supervisor and the person who sold us the car regarding our next step. More

Took Vehicle in due to Engine Revving & Heater not working properly. Transmission Dept is four weeks behind, same as one year ago. Not acceptable to expect folks to leave car or wait four weeks to get working properly. Transmission Dept is four weeks behind, same as one year ago. Not acceptable to expect folks to leave car or wait four weeks to get their Car fixed. Heater not working properly was result of cracked Radiator, quoted me estimate of over $1,300 to replace Radiator & another $400 to replace top & bottom Radiator hoses. Ridiculous pricing. Found highly rated local Repair shop that replaced Radiator with quality brand OEM part & Hoses for $600. Saved $1,100. Don Davis ok place to get Oil change, Filter & Tires rotated for $39.95, but any other repairs not reasonably priced for most folks. Sad they make u wait four weeks for Transmission repairs & then the cost is so high. Cost $500 for Engine Revving problem, Reprogramed EEC & changed Transmission fluid. On Drive home Engine still Revving Disappointing & Frustrating. More
