My service tech was amazing, kept me up to date and informed as best HE could. The parts department on the other hand not so much. Put parts and did work that was not approved and almost doubled my inv informed as best HE could. The parts department on the other hand not so much. They wasted our time, did a bait & switch with a vehicle they advertised online, and then told us they would not accept a check from our lender (Navy Federal Credit Union) because they wanted us to use thei they advertised online, and then told us they would not accept a check from our lender (Navy Federal Credit Union) because they wanted us to use their preferred lender, Ally. I reported them to the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner regarding our experience, and they completely lied when the OCCC followed up with them. Considering there are many other dealerships in the metroplex, I’d stay far away from this one. More

The service advisor did not explain all the associated costs prior to servicing the vehicle.
