When I bought the truck from Don Davis Ford I was treated very well by the sales side of the dealership. Jerome Hearne is the salesman that I bought my truck through. When I had some issues with the truck and started dealing with the service side is when things started going wrong. Unsafe to purchase a vehicle on 5-1-28 I See they took my review down. Every time I have ever been at this dealer, they all ways say Clark Le Doux is in a meeting. When I left a message on his voice mail. He dix leave me a message. Claiming to upload my reciepts and they will cover it. I went to the office where there sales people are. I spoke to Eric and Ecward Vallejo. I put the break pads that were taken off in front to show them. I am saving them. I purchased my Mazda 3 sport on 5/20/17 and put a little over 4k miles. There was a sliver at best left on my rear break pads. I have a copy of every thing. I was referring people here. I will no longer. Plus the Service person I spoke advisor I spoke to as thought I might bring my car in for an oil change gave me a hard time and was so very rude. I was trying to be logical with him on 3-1-18. He told me it would cost 110.00 for an oil change and when I tried to finish my sentence about what if I by the oil myself, he cut me offand said it would cost me $5.00 more. Really, and for what real reason? ! I am suppose to have this check in the mail by next tuesday. Now I Will Believe It When I See It. More
