Great service with a smile. Before I begin let me just say that this was without a doubt the best service experience I have ever had with a dealership. Normally getting an appoin Before I begin let me just say that this was without a doubt the best service experience I have ever had with a dealership. Normally getting an appointment would be a hassle and the service would take a week at the least. Excuses would be given as to why its taken so long to complete the repair and I would have been forced to wait while my vehicle was being held hostage. I expected no different from Don Davis ford and Steven Lynn although I soon found I was mistaken. Steven assured me with complete confidence that the repairs would be done no later than the 14th. To make sure this happened he and the rest of the service staff strove to make that deadline possible. Due to the diligence of the service staff at Don Davis Ford I will now recommend all my friends and family to them. More

I really liked the time Prince spent with me in explaining the operation of the truck; at the same time, I really liked Willie in Finance because he did pressure me nor did he try to force me to buy a lot of extended warranties. I appreciate the fact that he explained what warranties would work best for me based on the time I will keep the truck. Overall very good experience. More
