Terrible sleazy experience. Purchased a 2016 Certified F150. I did not feel good about the entire transaction. After many conversations with the salesperson I came in thinking w Purchased a 2016 Certified F150. I did not feel good about the entire transaction. After many conversations with the salesperson I came in thinking we were close to a deal only to be disappointed when I got there about the numbers we had been talking about so I left. Then the salesperson calls and says "Good news, we can do your numbers, come back in and sign the paperwork". I return and that wasn't the case at all. I shouldn't have but bought but did anyway, feeling I'd been taken. The finance department came back with a higher interest rate than expected and said that's the best they can do, I signed and took the purchased vehicle. Then I get a call days later saying I can get a better rate if I purchase an extended warranty on the Certified vehicle I just purchased and my payments will be the same. Why wasn't that rate availble without the extended warranty. Not a positive experience especially compared to my last two car buying experiences. I purchased from Goodson Acura and Sewell and it was low stress and positive. There is obviously a big difference in car dealerships. More

I got a late start from Austin and was a bit anxious as to how long it would take given I had a 3 1/2 hours trek back home after the deal would be completed. To my pleasant surprise, when I arrived, the car I was coming to purchase was sitting in the front row, all shiny and ready to go. I parked next to it and before I could go into the building, Tony met me in the parking lot with an incredibly warm welcome. I signed the deal, got my keys and was on my way back home to Austin in LESS THAN AN HOUR! Without a doubt, the most smooth and pleasant car purchase I have ever encountered. (And I have bought dozens). I will most defiantly recommend Don Davis and Tony Reynolds as the place to go in North Texas! More

They took care of EVERYTHING for me and were so friendly and always available for any questions or concerns I had. At no point was I stuck waiting or wondering about any part of the process... they kept me well informed and always had everything ready for me. There was absolutely no headache or stress with this new car purchase (which was not the case with my last purchase elsewhere).
