This is our THIRD car that we have bought from Don Davis Ford. We keeping going back to this dealership because of the customer service my husband and I receive especially from Michael Boodagh. He is our sales representative and we wouldn't have it any other way! He is a tremendous help, very knowledgeable and caring. He has always made sure we got the best deal possible! I called him on Thursday 10/31/2013 to have him look for a SUV for me, he had been home very sick and still answered his phone. He found a deal for us, but was not able to be at the dealership (because of being sick) so he set everything up, called his manager and had a sales associate (Will Clark) available to help us. Within an hour we were at the dealership test driving an Explorer. Michael checked in with me several times to ensure everything was going smoothly. Will was also very helpful in showing us the car and getting it ready to purchase, even after we bought the Explorer he helped set up my SYNC (which is amazing!) and walked me through all the details of the car. Having bought a car from another dealership before, I can tell you Don Davis is the best in the business when it comes to customer service. I also want to mention the Finance Department, they were very helpful, my husband and I had a great time talking and joking with them! More

I bought my first Don Davis ford (2014 Mustang gt) on Saturday October 25. The entire experience was totally pain free thanks to my salesman Pat Golden. After he helped me with my deal he brought me to the finance dept. where everything was already in order and getting financed was very simple. I got a much better deal than I thought I would. Jesse in finance was very professional and loved talking about mustangs. So financing was pain free and almost fun. Also everyone at this dealership I talked to was so kind to us and very helpful. I was so impressed with this dealership that I went back today (October 31) and bought a new F150 XLT for my wife and again Pat and Jesse were just as easy going and professional as the first time.
