I went into the dealership two days ago knowing that I was not an ideal customer (ie...bad credit, no down payment). Will Clark, my salesman, didn't hold that against me. Deep down though, I wasn't expecting much. Previous car buying experiences had left me scarred and pessimistic, but to my surprise I was approved! I couldn't believe it-me in a brand new 2014 Ford Focus. It was more than I could've every hoped for. Everyone was friendly, the dealership was clean, and they did what they said they were going to do. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and he displayed true professional. Even the staff folks were attentive and extrememly courteous. They were not pushy, but pleasant and conversational. Andrew is a consummate professional who truly cares about his clients. He pays attention to details and it is evident that he is MOST concerned about the experience you have with him when putings you in a vehicle. I must say the customer service I experiened at Don Davis was first -class and I would recommend this dealer to all friends and family looking to have an extraordinary car buying experience. To top off the purchasing experience, we met Jesse James, the finance person and WOW. This guy is the best. He was exceedingly lighthearted and funny keeping the deal fun yet serious enough to get it done to our satisfaction, which was priority #1 to him. He paid close attention to details and it is evident that he is MOST concerned about the experience you have at his office versus just getting the finances approved. Jesse was pleasant and conversational, who kept my wife and I entertained and satisfied. He is a consummate professional who truly cares about his clients. During the financing process it can be quite rigid, but Jesse made the experience enjoyable and he was able to give us an outrageously low interest rate that NO ONE else could possible beat! When we first got to Don Davis Ford we sat down and talked with Mark Plummer. He was friendly, helpful and listened to what we wanted. Then we met with Patrick Golden and test drove a truck. He was very thorough in explaining all the features and how to work everything. Pat was very informative and very friendly! After we decided on a vehicle we met with Jessie in the finance department. He was also very friendly and worked as fast as he could to get us in and out. We ended up purchasing a brand new Ford F150 and we feel like we got a great deal on it! They gave us more for our trade than any other dealer had quoted us and they got us into a new vehicle at a price we could afford. The whole experience was quick, easy and exceeded our expectations!
