I must say, I'm not one to go to the dealer service department but this time I did due to a recall on my 2015 F250 rear camera. They performed an inspection on my truck while getting the rear camera re department but this time I did due to a recall on my 2015 F250 rear camera. They performed an inspection on my truck while getting the rear camera replaced and discovered that there were several issues. I had an idea there were some issues that needed address and I opted out on a few but decided on the tune up. I will say, Mr. Oscar Sanchez was very professional and understanding when I spoke with him in person and on the phone. They even offered to take me home because the work on the camera was to take 5 hours which was under warranty. The price for the tune up was reasonable for the work that was to be done and overall, I was pleased with it. My truck runs as the first day I got it 5 years ago.
