I purchased a new Lincoln corsair from Don Davis Ford back in February just before the pandemic hit. Here we are in October in my car only has 4000 miles on it… 10 days after I purchased the vehicle I we back in February just before the pandemic hit. Here we are in October in my car only has 4000 miles on it… 10 days after I purchased the vehicle I went back to pick up my plates and Don Davis Ford had lost their Lincoln dealership. I'm not sure why… Sad Last week my car reported that one of my tires was low on air. You've seen the commercials with the lady sipping the coffee while somebody picks up her Lincoln brings her a loaner and delivers her Lincoln back. That's not happening in Dallas Fort Worth because I checked with three Lincoln dealers and none of them had loaners for three months into the future... So I took my car to Don Davis Ford where I originally purchased it and they replaced the tire with a new one and charged me $280 for a tire on a new car with 4000 miles on it. They said there was no warranty on the tire? Really a brand new car with a brand new tire and no warranty??? Absolutely amazing! My most recent salesman Larry Hinton is a great guy. It's a shame he works for a terrible dealership… Over many years I have purchased many many many vehicles for both personal and business Hughes from Don Davis Ford period I will never purchase another vehicle from them!!! More

I waited too long for just an oil change - 2 hours. Can get better service at Jiffy Lube or some other competitors. Might be a good idea to use that business model just for oil changes. Been giving Don Davis Ford super duty service department raving reviews for 4yrs now ...until these past 2 visits. I get routine maintenance on my super duty about every 3-4months. The next to last visit, raving reviews for 4yrs now ...until these past 2 visits. I get routine maintenance on my super duty about every 3-4months. The next to last visit, I was charged for topping off my DEF without being asked(I would have declined). They have never done that in the previous 4yrs and I know for a fact it didn’t require “topping off” since I get it bulk every week I refuel at Buccee’s. The last visit, was a misunderstanding and charging me $20+ for tire rotation (that I really didn’t want) due to a package change. Also, trying to explain to the service writer that a transmission fluid/filter change was routine and not a complete transmission overhaul procedure. I just expect a service department to know what the crap they’re doing....or I’ll find another place that does. I don’t have time for incompetence when I forking over $900+ on maintenance services! I guess some of the frustration is from the DEF that was splattered on my truck the last visit and grease smears on the front grille and quarter panel this trip. It’s a work truck but....how about some simple customer consideration. They’ve been awesome up until these last 2 visits. More
I took my F250 in for a standard oil and fuel filter change. They usually have me in and out in an hour...which they did. They got me squared away there. I also asked them to check the steering stabiliz change. They usually have me in and out in an hour...which they did. They got me squared away there. I was not able to and a bit disappointed since it’s been changed out twice before and I know when it’s going out. More
