Yesterday I realized my brakes needed replaced so I called Larry Davis and he said to bring my truck to Service anytime, same day. I brought it in thinking I needed all new pads and new front rotors. Larry helped me as soon as I arrived, had my truck go through a multipoint inspection and found out I only needed front pads, and my rotors resurfaced, which saved me quite a lot of money! He also told me about a recall that I wasn’t aware of, and printed out a list of needed maintenance that that’s recommended by Ford, with the milage I’m at now. Planning on taking care of that in the next several months. All the work was done much faster than I expected. Overall, great and honest customer service. This is why my entire family buys our personal and company fleet vehicles from Don Davis Ford! It’s always a good experience coming here! Also, shout out to Larry Hinton for being the most honest, and helpful vehicle salesman that I’ve ever met. My family and I will be your customers for life! More

Had cracked windshield replaced and a warranty part replacement. Vehicle was in and out in 24 hours. I had an absolutely incredible experience the first time I can for service (oil change, tire rotation, minor service) which has had me come for subsequent visits. However, my last 2 visits haven't been as t I can for service (oil change, tire rotation, minor service) which has had me come for subsequent visits. However, my last 2 visits haven't been as thorough. The service department, although extremely professional and kind, seemed sloppy, not filling my washer fluid up, 2.5 hrs for a basic oil change. Overall, fair value with good-ish work. Nothing to recommend or make a big complaint about. More
