I purchased my MKC new. I've had it serviced there twice since my purchase. I have never shown a coupon to anyone but this last visit I needed to show a hard copy of the coupon in order to receive the disco since my purchase. Don Davis has taken very good care of me and my vehicles over last 10 years. My last visit was not great, but understand that everyone is trying to adapt during Covid-19 pandemic. I had to call the servic over last 10 years. My last visit was not great, but understand that everyone is trying to adapt during Covid-19 pandemic. I had to call the service manager to get updates, left several messages, and never got any call backs, which was frustrating. The truck was repaired in 2 days, just communications could have been better, and there were grease marks on the interior of my vehicle. I would still recommend Don Davis for service. More
