For it to take 2 hours and 40 min to get a oil change and tire rotation . I was the first person in line at 7am the service advisor never to told me his name and never came to check with me to tell me about tire rotation . Got a call it would be $99 to check noise but if warranty work no charge, I passed! Went to pick up car & bill was $672, I was in shock! Did scheduled service stuff that they claim was not under program(think they are wrong). Refused to for anything besides Inspection & service manager approved! Brought me car as filthy as I brought it in—no courtesy wash—never going back & I have 2 Lincoln’s!!! More

No Communication! Waited over 2 weeks for a response and heard nothing. I then made 2 phone calls and left messages to return and advise status. I did not get a response until a called wanting to speak with someone over the service department. This was a company vehicle with high miles that we finally decided not to fix and just replace. If replaced with a Ford, we will be looking for a different dealership to use for service. More
