No Communication! Waited over 2 weeks for a response and heard nothing. I then made 2 phone calls and left messages to return and advise status. Waited another week and called and left another message and followed up with an email with no response to either. I did not get a response until a called wanting to speak with someone over the service department. This was a company vehicle with high miles that we finally decided not to fix and just replace. If replaced with a Ford, we will be looking for a different dealership to use for service. More

Wonderful Customer Service At checkout I found out I was charge extra for the full oil change plus, which rotated my tires and the bill was pretty high. Short handed in service Currently, the dealership in an inconvenience to get to because of the road construction in the area but we bought two vehicles there last November. F Currently, the dealership in an inconvenience to get to because of the road construction in the area but we bought two vehicles there last November. For the last couple of months, the service department has been short-handed it seems and getting a return phone call has been days at times if at all. While everyone there is very friendly, it's a 30 min drive each way for me to get there and it took me 3 trips to get the parts needed for my new truck only to find out there is a manufacturing flaw in the tailgate on these trucks apparently and the new parts made no difference. I will most likely return to this dealership for service but I know now I will have to take a day off work to get anything done unless they hire more people. More

And the “oil change required“ light is still on, which makes me wonder if the oil was changed? The other two engine light issues were handled well. Just wonder if the oil was over looked? More

This was my first so so experience. I was the only person in the service lane and their were at least 6 people milling around. I also did not like the jiffy lube approach to up sell services.
