I appreciate Billy Cox for setting up an appointment to get the recall done on my 2017 Ford Escape. He was able to provide me an estimate on how long the fix would take. As for the off-site telephone operators for Ford Service, I find them very ineffective. They were not able to tell me how long this fix would take. For a previous visit, they scheduled me on a Saturday for work that should have been scheduled on a weekday. I was so frustrated with them, I was ready to stop buying anymore Ford vehicles. More

While Billy was working on my wife's vehicle, I went over to visit Larry Hinton, who has taken care of all of our vehicle purchases for many years. Larry looked at where we were in our current vehicles and helped my wife and I to get into two vehicles. Larry is the reason we keep coming back to Don Davis! He is professional, very knowledgeable, very customer focused, and genuinely cares about his customers. My family calls him Uncle Larry. This was our first time working with Willie Woodard. Willie did an outstanding job and helped work things out so that the financing fit what we were looking for. Willie is very customer focused and provided a great experience! More
I went to the dealership about a warranty issue. I spent over two hours there before the service advisor told me that my vehicle would not be covered under warranty and if j wanted to I would have to pay ou over two hours there before the service advisor told me that my vehicle would not be covered under warranty and if j wanted to I would have to pay out of my pocket. Very unimpressed. Called the day before and was told to come in at 10 am to see David. Waste of time I will never return to this dealership again. The main reason I brought my vehicle in wasn't even fixed. And when I tried to show the service person he argued and told me it was working fine when the technician checked it. Which is a complete lie since the USB port hadn't worked in MONTHS! He then had me drive my car back to the service bay so the technician could show me that it worked.....and of course it STILL DID NOT! I also got the papers back of what they did and it said I had a nail in my tire. Never in the week they had my car did anyone bother to call and ask if I might want the tire fixed while it was there. More
