Jessica kept her word on everything she told me. She said my ticket was already written up and whenever I was ready to bring my car in all I had to do was dro kept her word on everything she told me. The Service Department was good, but.. The Service Department was good in its presentation. But it could use more mechanics to speed up the service time there. And as for the only radio tech there, they need more radio techs. This radio tech only works two half days at this location, Wednesdays and Fridays. I can't get in quickly and out quickly. Always underwhelmed Made appointment for an oil change and service I bought when I bought my car from Don Davis. Last time it took over 4hours, so this time I brought the Made appointment for an oil change and service I bought when I bought my car from Don Davis. Last time it took over 4hours, so this time I brought the car in the afternoon before my appoint at 10am. I came to pick it up at 2:30 and was told they couldn’t find it. I was then instructed to wait in the waiting room. After more than 2 hours I went back to the service Dept. And was told they were finishing my vehicle. They brought it out about 15 min. Later. I asked for a copy of the multipoint diagnostics and it took another 20 min. To track down the report. My recommendation: 1. don’t ever buy service contract from Don Davis 2. Make an appointment, bring it in the day before, expect to wait a few more hours after you get there for a job most places do in 20 minutes (Ok - plus the 10 minutes to have someone wash it) 3. Don’t waste time with these reviews because nothing ever changes More
Faster Than Expected! I came in on a Monday morning, which is always very busy. It was a pleasure to meet Dee Phillips who is the relatively new Service Manager. I needed a oil change and tire rotation. Since I expected a long wait, due to the amount of work ahead of me, I was elated that Dee and Arian got me out in about one hour and fifteen minutes. That was Faster Than Expected! Excellent Customer Service!!! More
