Did not put the seats back in correectly, leather hanging out of the seat This car is a lemon and the Service Manager told us they refuse to work on this vehicle any longer, we could take it to another dealer as it has a warranty. That is not the definition of great customer service as this dealership claims. Sales staff basically lies and says all the issues will be resolved before the purchase is completed and that is clearly not the case. More

You Need to hire more mechanics When I brought my car in a couple of months for a tire rotation and oil change, I was there for 3 hours. I thought maybe mechanics were on vacation. Last week I went in for a battery for the key fob and replacement of a headlamp. My appt was at 10:00 and I was there unto 2:00. This is totally unacceptable. Please hire more mechanics because many people who were waiting indicated that they would not be bringing their cars back to this service department. More

Several of us start grumbling and one of the employees starts laughing like it is a joke...finally one of the service reps joins the line and hears us complaining and goes to find the lady who is supposed to be working at the counter and she starts checking us out.
