While in Service, I was kept informed of the status. My loaner was clean and I appreciate that. Thank you for the overall experience of not having to go in to the dealership for a normal oil change. So disappointed! I arrived 1:45 for my 2:00 service appointment. I was greeted by other employees. When my service advisor did come out he was busy making small talk with another employee and never introduced himself. It was Mr. Fox I was having an oil change, tire check done. I waited in waiting room for just over 2 hours with no word on status. I went to cashier desk to inquire. She pages Mr. Fox. He finally comes in there and by then it was 2 and 1/2 hours in...I asked why was it taking so long. He told me just because I have appointment for specific time does not mean it goes in at that time. I told him it would have been nice for better communication during the wait. He walked off, no apologies no manners. Never saw him again. My car finally brought around and I get in The the low tire sensor light still on!! WHAT!! I go back inside. Rocky the man that came had to take it back to shop and I waited another 20 minutes. Why was this not checked when tires were rotate?? Why did he not see sensor light on when he pulled it up to office?? I finally pulled off lot at 5:15....3 and 1/2 hour oil change with no communications that it would be that long. No apologies other from poor cashier who was doing all she could. Mr. Fox was so unprofessional and rude. More

Had to get a manger involved as car was two weeks old and no one was helping. Went to go pick it up, they could not find the keys or the car. Vehicle still not fixed!! More

They got me in Saturday morning and done by early afternoon for several maintenance services. Their manager, Mr. Greg Ford, who helped me with disputed charges last year, surprised me by tell his service advisers when greeting me that I'm one of their most faithful Saturday customers and to take care of me. That kind of faithful service produces one faithful and satisfied customer. I'll continue to get my service done here! (Side note: The only reason why I didn't give this visit a 5 star max was that I was quoted a time to be completed, and it took a little longer than anticipated. But I can be understanding & forgiving on that. They have proved diligence and fairness to me. I hope they do the same to anyone looking for good service providers) More
