Oil change I work during the day and need my vehicle for business purposes, I showed up on Saturday afternoon at 3pm for oil change and was turned away by the ma I work during the day and need my vehicle for business purposes, I showed up on Saturday afternoon at 3pm for oil change and was turned away by the manager of the location, he said they couldn’t help cause they close at 5pm and were too busy, I left and came back in wend at 9:30 for the same oil change and the rep made faces at me like I was bothering them and was sceptical whether they would get around to doing it cause again they were too busy. I left my truck with the rep telling me she would call me when it was done and I may have to leave it overnight. About 6 hours later I still did not get a call and had call her myself to make sure my truck was done. I’m my opinion it too much of a hassle, I will go to jiffy lube and gladly pay 80 bucks to get in and out even though I paid for maintenance package on my truck. More

Oil change, tire rotation, state inspection and front wipers We dropped off our Lincoln MKX on Saturday so the service center was busy. The service person was polite and helpful. Bad Service Service was good until I left my car. Was not updated on the status of car. Started calling at 2 pm and after 2 more calls they finally told me my car Service was good until I left my car. Was not updated on the status of car. Started calling at 2 pm and after 2 more calls they finally told me my car would be ready at 5:30.I was there at 5:30 and the car was ready, but the invoice was wrong. They had over charged me and it took another 30 min. to get that resolved. I finally left around 6:30. More

However, I also reported another issue regarding the sync screen not working, and I was told the APIM (accessory protocol interface module) was out and needed to be replaced for a fee. After checking on support.ford.com, I discovered that the APIM is actually covered under Ford's extended warranty. I wonder why the dealer wanted me to pay for something that's under a recall and covered by Ford. My car also did not get the complimentary wash. More
Had a few questions I purchased the car there, I took it in for a 10k service, I just drop in without an appointment so the wait time was acceptable, it took less than 2 I purchased the car there, I took it in for a 10k service, I just drop in without an appointment so the wait time was acceptable, it took less than 2 hours. I took the car home and popped the hood and the windshield washer fluid was not topped off and niether was the brake fluid. I called the service department and they were willing to refill the washer fluid but they do not top off the brake fluid as it is a closed system???? That is the third brand new Fusion that I have purchased with the selling dealer servicing all of them and I have never heard of the dealer not topping off ALL of the fluids.When they sold me the service contract it specifically stated with the fast lane service that all of the fluids would be topped off. It did not exclude the brake fluid. More
