Pre-paid service was an inconvenience for service advisor 1) No more morning appointments for oil changes. Service did not started until 5:05. 3) Shortly thereafter I was told that they were out of synthetic oil; service was delayed for 45 additional minutes. Synthetic oil was specified in the appointment. We have purchased three vehicles from Don Davis-2 with pre-paid service plans. I was told when purchasing the plan we could schedule service at anytime. The service advisor’s attitude made it clear that my service appointment was a nuisance, and he had more pressing issues. When I expressed my frustration I was told “at least you are getting your oil changed” before he walked away. My wife’s experience taking her vehicle into Sewell for service is so very different. They actually seem happy that she is a customer. #DefinitelyNotSewell More

Arrived at 11:10 to give ample time for it to be ready. My car was sitting out front but it took an additional 20 minutes to get the paperwork. I then noticed that my air filter needed changing but no one called to tell me. This is our fifth car purchased from Don Davis and our LAST. More

Came in to have 1 thing fixed, left car over nite. Left car over nite. Said I t would be ready next morning. Went to pick it up, was not ready. Waited 2.5 hours for car. I was told it could be "a while" before they could complete the service. I replied that I needed my truck by 11:00 to make a noon meeting across town. At 10:50 my truck was still parked outside awaiting a simple oil change. So apparently the sign advertising a fast oil change doesn't really mean anything either. The way I look at it, it shouldn't matter how many people arrived at the dealership for service before me. If I had a previous reservation/appointment set for 9:00 am then whatever vehicle is completed at or around 9:00, mine should be next. Those that arrive unannounced in the morning should be taken in order AROUND previously made appointments. Doesn't seem that difficult to me. More
Be ready to wait 3 hours I came to do the oil change of my car at 8:00 in the morning. The employee told me that I waited an hour and a half and I said yes it was fine. I had to go to the front desk and ask if my car was ready because it was time to go pick my children up to school. finally they gave me my car When i get in my car they left the paper they put down in the pedalea and the plastic bag in the seat and poster with a number in the mirror nobody took the time to remove all those things I had to remove them And throw it away. Nobody apologized for making me wait 3 hours I was late to pick up my children to school. More
