Called ahead and told service agent that I had two issues that I needed to be looked at and a possible issue with my brakes. They were able to look at the brakes, but I 2as told I would have to leave my vehi that I needed to be looked at and a possible issue with my brakes. They were able to look at the brakes, but I 2as told I would have to leave my vehicle for week to have someone look at the two issues. They were to advise me I had other maintenance issues, and were to complete those issues in a few hours. More
I was greeted when I arrived. I was just having an oil change. I had never been to this dealership but a friendly lady that set up my appointment took time to put in my informatio I was just having an oil change. When my name was given the attendant said she couldn't find any info on me or my car. I dont understand that at all. The lady that set up my appointment took 30 minutes taking down everything. After two hours I had to ask someone to check on my car. Paperwork was being done. 15 minutes later the cashier didn't even go over the details of service. I was trying to use points and was told when I scheduled that it would be handled by the cashier and it would not be a problem. But it was! He didn't know how to look up my points. Good thing for the lady at the end. She knew that my Ven number would pull up my account. Noone still went over the service paperwork that was done to my car. Overall I was there 2 hours and 30 minutes. Way to long for a routine oil change. When I got home I got on the Ford accessories page. It showed a recall for my Ecosport. I was never notified by mail. Shouldn't the dealership at this appointment had checked? I'm still not sure if my car is part of the recall. None of the people were rude but just not on there A game for my appointment. More
