Alex is one of the best service people I have ever worked with. I had an issue with my wiper system and he requested I bring in my brand new truck. He provided a brand new loaner car without hesitation which I greatly appreciated especially since I live 30 minutes From the dealer. I then inquired about adding a leveling kit to my Tremor which Has a significant rake from the factory. Alec assisted me in choosing a kit and installed it bringing piece of mind to the installation. My truck looks amazing, I have recommended Alec and Clay Cooley to my friend who also just purchased an F150 Tremor. I will make the drive in the future for all service In the future. I couldn't be happier with my service. I've owned 6 Fords, this is my second F150 Tremor. My wife and kids love my new Tremor and I receive compliments regularly from strangers! More

The service was quick with no issues. The problem is the automated "critical" service recommendations. I was recommended to get get my cabin air filter replaced.
