Agreed to buy the car after several fixes were to be made. I was told the car was ready to be picked up one day and got called 30 minutes into my drive that it was actually not ready for pick up. This was a huge inconvenience because I had set up childcare to make the nearly 1 hour drive to the dealership. When I did go to pick it up, there was still a scratch that was never fixed. I was told to call the Easycare number to get it fixed afterwards, but the Easycare package does not cover scratches on plastic parts. Now I will have to drive back to the dealership to get it fixed. The car was also given to me with 1/4 tank of gas. Had to ask for it to be filled before we left. It had already been agreed that I would get a full tank of gas. Although we were told that it was going to be detailed inside and out before it was ready for pick up, there were still crumbs and dirty areas on plastic pieces in the interior that we had to clean ourselves afterwards. Before taking it home, my license plates were taken off the car that I traded in and put on the new vehicle. No communication about registration was given. We were never given a receipt of registration to keep in the car. After checking the status of the registration myself 2 days later, I was told that new plates had actually been ordered and that the plates that were on my new vehicle did not match the information on the registration. I'm thankful we were not pulled over during that period because the plates would have still been tied to my old car. I was also told that a recall appointment was going to be set up for me, and since the work needed to be done at a different dealership, was later told that in fact the salesman should have never told me he would do that since the appointment has to be set up by the new car owner. Overall, I experienced a lack of attention to detail and communication. Multiple things were promised, and never executed. It was mistake, after mistake, after mistake. I have not been offered any compensation or gesture of goodwill for my poor experience other than being told that an appointment would be scheduled to fix the scratch that should have already been fixed. Being a luxury brand dealership I expected them to go above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of and that was certainly not the case. More
