I had the pleasure of working with Donovan and Tiric. Both of these individuals were extremely professional and very knowledgeable of what I wanted (Jeep Gladiator) and would occasionally "check in" with me (it took me a while to pull the trigger on the purchase). Both Donovan and Tiric treated me as a friend as opposed to a customer and that went a long way with me. There were 2 dealerships closer to where I live, offering similar packages, but I felt very comfortable with Donovan and Tiric and I decided I was going to stick with them, no matter what other deals I found. I'm satisfied with my Gladiator and I am equally satisfied I had a chance to work with Donovan and Tiric

Tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealer as an out of state purchase. They bombarded me with calls, texts, emails from several people and AI people. All I wanted was someone with knowledge of out of state purchases to schedule an appointment with me to go through the deal. Instead, the salesperson insisted on only answering questions over text, and his answers were all wrong according to the sales manager I ended up talking to. When I offered to pay their price in full all cash, the sales manager told me that he would rather sell the car to someone locally and refused to sell me the car. In the end, they ended up giving me the run-around, telling lies, insulting me personally and wasting my time.

Bait and switch. Disclosed a 3000 charge for some cieramic coating in a 2016 GMC Denali that I bought with damage on the rear bumper. They had to figure out a oil leak so I didn't pick up the paperwork until 3 days later and they gave it to me in a envelope in which I just put in the glove box. Dug it out a couple of weeks later to look at the invoice and that's when I saw things didn't add up. Called the dealership and spoke to new GM, he told me that everyone that was there when I purchased the 8 year old truck has been fired. Nothing he can do about getting me back that bogus 3k charge. I am filing a complaint with the attorney generals off ice and the BBB. Beware of this place. Thanks
