My Palisade was in the shop, this time, for 16 days, but a total of 26 days for the same issue. A rep from Hyundai factory told the shop to remove all the front brake components and lubricate them. Went. in for a check engine light, a broken hood release handle and a radio issue. I was told 1 to 2 days to diagnose. After 4 days of absolutely no commu in for a check engine light, a broken hood release handle and a radio issue. I was told 1 to 2 days to diagnose. After 4 days of absolutely no communication I called to get an update. My service advisor, Nathan told me there was an issue with a sensor showing my car was overheating and that was what cause the check engine light. He said parts would be ordered and he would keep me updated. After several days I received an email asking to review my service experience. I called to find out why I was being asked if my car was still being worked on. I was told my car was ready and no issue found with the check engine light and the hood latch was replaced. When questioned Nathan said he misunderstood what the technician told him about my car. I told him I would come get my car but expressed.my displeasure of being told false information. When I dis pick up my car I was again told there was.mo issue fou d and I again stated I did not like the total lack of communication. After I left I completed a review and then I received my first call from Nathan. He apologized and offered a tank of gas. More
When I bring my car in for service Anibal and team take excellent care of us both! The waiting area is nice and clean stocked with water and coffee so I get a peaceful moment while my vehicle is tended to! excellent care of us both!
