Unfortunate the Easycare contract that I was told was not an option when I bought the car. This car has a chip in windshield and I must have the full contract emailed to me in order to get a repair scheduled an option when I bought the car. I didn't notice the chip until I got way down the road. I just want the full contract emailed. The finance manager said he gave it to me but I only have page 1- signature page I am missing pages 2-8 according to the signature page-says 1 of 8. I have talked with salesperson and she continues to give me the same information from finance saying I have the contract. I KNOW what a contract looks like and when it says refer to Section 2 and I have no document with Section 2. I assure you once I have the document and can get the service I paid for- not wait 30 days as was told by Taylor last Friday, I will be of no bother to anyone at that dealership. EVER. The service manager that was Genesis service manager is very professional. He and a young lady with long blonde hair was the only bright spot. The lack of communication is pathetic. I was taken advantage of and lied to by everyone involved in the deal! My carnote is only suppose to be $580 per month. I told them that I did not want a $3,400 and $600 added service contracts. THEY ALL LIED (Sales Person, Tony, and John) saying that they bank Consumer Portfolio Services mandated that I get it or the deal would not go through. I spoke to agents at Consumer Portfolio Services who told me that they DO NOT MAKE consumers get any additional service contracts. I told Tony who had NOTHING TO SAY when told about his lie. John called and promised a call back by end of business day. He has yet to call. More
