I just wish they would have listened to little ol me instead of their overpriced mechanical ingeniousness!!! Finally found a local shop 3 weeks later that would listen to me and had my car back up and running in just a couple hours after they got the needed part!!! So in the long run they cost me 3 extra weeks of a rental car, you would think the Hyundai service expertise would supersede a local shop, but that was not my experience at all!!! More

I rate the service department higher than the sales. Didn't feel my business was appreciated when I bought my 2nd vehicle. When I showed for my appointment which I had called in a week prior, nobody informed me that the prices had gone up significantly. Philip told me it was going to be $121 and I had a $10 dollar coupon so h week prior, nobody informed me that the prices had gone up significantly. That’s freaking insane for an oil change and I told him I won’t be coming back. The crazy thing when I asked where Kenny was some people said I don’t know an Kenny are you kidding me? He’s been there for as long as I’ve been going and he was the one who got me a new motor cause Hyundai knew they had motor issues. Also, every time I go, I was told last oil change I needed antifreeze that it was low and I was like that’s OK. I can put it in my friend checked it who is a mechanic and he’s like it’s full. Why would they tell you they wanted to charge you 100 and something dollars for antifreeze when you were full? I just feel like being a woman sometimes which I’m very knowledgeable of motors cause we drag race that they try to pull one on me. I just feel this place has lost me credibility and I’m sorry to have to say that. More
