I could not have asked for a friendlier or more respectful response to my situation. Jennifer assured me that everything would be handled in a timely manner and welcomed me to the waiting area and respectful response to my situation. The people in service have been very friendly but I have had to fight for some repairs to a car that is NEW. As an employee of Wylie ISD and part of the 'family', I feel like I shouldn't have to fight for o had to fight for some repairs to a car that is NEW.
