I bought a vehicle in December-2023They were supposed to give me car plate within 60 days. Now it is 8 months and i have not received my car plate. I am tired of calling and emailing of every single conta give me car plate within 60 days. Now it is 8 months and i have not received my car plate. Took my Tucson in for the driver’s door lock button not working on June 22-2024, the part had to be ordered and painted but was told it would be ready to install the next week. Never got a returned call, told the order was not in the system and Kenny was the only person that could take care of it. Worse customer service ever not to mention that for a routine oil change with an appointment it is always a 3 to 4 hour wait while you sit. I do not recommend Clay Cooley Hyundai of Rockwall,Tx. Would not buy another vehicle from them due to their horrible customer service and I don’t care attitude. More
