I was quickly greeted by Alex, who went out of his way to get me water and some coffee. He understood that while I am interested in buying a new car eventually, now wasn’t the right time and I really was just looking. Despite knowing that I was not going to buy, he still went above and beyond to educate me on the different model of cars and what would be best for me given my commute and planned usage of the car. Once I’m ready to purchase I will be heading right back to Alex. Can not recommend him and this dealership enough. More

Not fulfilling the small stuff Was told if I completed a survey I could get a free oil change. Called to confirm and had to leave a message with receptionist for Cory. Was called back by receptionist about 30 mins later and told sure to come in and let Service Dept know. My husband showed up and was told no oil change since my survey was not a 950. I was not told I had to rate this dealership with a top rated review for the oil change. Then called and spoke with Cory and basically was talked to like I made the whole thing up which as a customer is very frustrating. This is not the first time this dealership flaked on a simple expectation. The day we bought the car we were told to bring it in on a certain day of the week when tinting person was there and we would get it done in and out. My husband ended up stuck there- and had to take the day off because it took so long. He asked for the manager's name and was told it was Danny Easton. So my husband asked to speak directly asked to speak with him. He was told Danny would not come out and speak with him. I have never gone ANYWHERE where management does not step in to speak with a customer. The guy did not leave his office- which is an unprofessional move to me. Was such a hassle and then again it turned into our fault. We were told to make an appointment- etc, etc. It's just odd this dealership does not go the extra mile to make customers happy and then makes us feel crazy for expecting these things. I never asked for anything free- they offered but I wasn't told my survey had to be a 950 and NOT honest. Also, I told them I called to confirm and spoke with receptionist who told us to come in and let Service Dept know the free oil change was ok'd. When I spoke with Cory it's like I made all of that up. So done with this dealership. Seems like they say things to make it seem like they are going to accomodate you- and then flake out - not trustworthy to me. Cory straight out told me my survey takes money out of his hand so why would he give me a free oil change. Seriously! I do not need anything free, but to me quit bribing people for good reviews. I usually do not waste my time reviewing places, but this place has made me angry for the smallest issues for no reason. My husband drove 20 mins out of the way since they called and said they would honor a free oil change- and then got there and was told no. Just seems silly and petty. Quit offering stuff if you cannot fulfill. Will not go back here, do not seem like they follow thru on what they say which is never a good sign when the bigger issues come along. Out of all the dealerships we have ever dealt with- this one made everything just difficult and unpleasant. They were difficult over the smallest things- easy things. Simple courtesy could have made our experience so much better. No one wants to argue with people. I have better ways to spend my day than fighting for a free $60 oil change. But it doesn't sit right that you didnt honor what you said since I didn't rate you the highest on my survey? Really- something seems wrong with that logic. More
