I was told repair would take 1-2 hrs. After 2.5 hrs I asked how much longer. Then was told they couldn’t get the parts. The purchase experience was excellent. Abe was quick with answers and a thorough test drive. It's been almost a week since they do not give you a check - they have to wait for "accounting." I've asked to be escalated but was told "Nobody has the contact info for accounting."
