I had the worst experience after my vehicle was serviced. It started out great until i noticed the technician was looking for a piece he took off my vehicle which i brought to the service advisor attention w It started out great until i noticed the technician was looking for a piece he took off my vehicle which i brought to the service advisor attention which he went back and asked the technician what he was looking for but he never did find it so that left my car without something he took off but i assumed he found it because he told the advisor he did.Mind my vehicle was in perfect condition when i took it to them. So i left off their lot headed home then all of a sudden i heard knocking underneath my vehicle so i pulled over and noticed the plastic cover that was removed to change my oil wasn’t properly secured cause by the piece or the screw the technician never found to secure that cover. I goes to tell them what happened and the service manager said i damaged my vehicle which is untrue.it became damaged while i was driving off because of the lack of service the technician didn’t perform or did not complete his job. I was talked badly by the manager and his coworkers witnessed the whole conversation. I hope someone question them and ask if what I’m saying is correct. Douglas Robertson the service advisor witnessed most of it but he went back inside mind but there were several employees witnessed it all. I was totally disrespected and disappointed with the service manager professionalism or lack there of.Let me say this now I was aggravated when i had to return to tell the advisor what I told him initially that the technician was looking for a part he took off and apparently never found.that’s why my vehicle was damaged because of him not putting that cover underneath my car after he completed the oil change More
