Interesting! Someone by the name of Emily Arack (sp), Customer Relationship Manager, called me on July 2nd 2011 and apologized, said that after a internal investigation she determined that I was treated unfairly and that Merrill Zmack (sp) the General Manager wanted to speak to me personally. She set up a time for him to call me and guess what? Yep, you got it... I never heard from anyone again. As a matter of fact, no one from Central Kia of Plano respondedto my complaint through the BBB either. Blowing smoke and cheating people is all you really want to do. Bitter? Yes I am but, this is a factual and accurate account of my experience with Central Kia of Plano. I don't know Rusty Wylie or you but, the fact that you two are associated with Central Kia of Plano doesn't give me any confidence that you two really want to do the right thing.
