Being honest, I did not leave with a good experience purchasing from this dealership. Am giving dealership 3 stars because at the end of the day, my issues were handled and that leads me to Mr. Peters. purchasing from this dealership. Am giving dealership 3 stars because at the end of the day, my issues were handled and that leads me to Mr. Peters. What an outstanding representation of professionalism and get'er done attitude. So happy that he answered the phone the day I called trying to get my issue rectified. He was patient, he was a great listener and clearly understood why I was frustrated. Within 30 mins he was able to rectify my issue which had already taken days with no results. We are a Kia family and when we are ready to buy my new K5, it will be JP I look for I suggest you do the same. Clay Cooley is lucky to have someone like this, integrity, check...honesty, check...makes things happen, check! Well done JP and can't thank you enough! More

I have purchased many cars in my life and this by far was the worst experience in my life. During negotiations they would come back with a number and of course I would try to negotiate it down. Then they wou the worst experience in my life. During negotiations they would come back with a number and of course I would try to negotiate it down. Then they would come back and the number would be higher! They rolled in a service charge from existing car into the loan without even discussing this with me. They operate under what I believe are shady and deceptive practices, even for a car dealership who always try to squeeze every last dollar from you any way, this was on another level. Salesperson ignores my text, wont return phone calls. Gonna have to assume because he knows I am calling him out and holding this dealership accountable. I hope not all Clay Cooley dealerships allow their teams to operate this way, but I would stay clear of the KIA one in Plano. More
Started off great. Great deal in the beginning and then came finance and wow the hidden charges , and when questioned about it.the Sales Manager did His best to make me Great deal in the beginning and then came finance and wow the hidden charges , and when questioned about it.the Sales Manager did His best to make me seemed stupid. After sticking to the unwanted add on, His response was You can cancel. Went back to the Dealership and cancel the unwanted add on and the Manager just gave Me a copy that I requested and stated You will get a refund within 6 to 12 Weeks and never apologize. From my first call to inquire about a vehicle to delivery & service my experience was stellar! Amanda Rosenzweig made my purchase seamless! She listens, follows up and is very professional. My last experien & service my experience was stellar! Amanda Rosenzweig made my purchase seamless! She listens, follows up and is very professional. My last experience at this dealership was a horror show-7 years ago! Ms Rosenzweig was a total game changer! My late husband was in the car business for years-so I am very picky. Highly recommend and will post on my neighbor page.. More

I purchased a 2019 Kia Stinger GT2 from Clay Cooley Kia Plano as a demo vehicle in 2020 with 6,204 miles on it. Since purchase, I have driven the vehicle approximately 19,000 miles. The car has been carefu Plano as a demo vehicle in 2020 with 6,204 miles on it. Since purchase, I have driven the vehicle approximately 19,000 miles. The car has been carefully maintained and kept in excellent condition. My vehicle has been at the dealership since February 12, 2026 for a warranty-covered issue and has remained out of service for more than 2.5 months. During this time, multiple repair attempts have been made, including involvement from Kia America Consumer Affairs and corporate engineering, but no confirmed root cause or permanent repair has been identified. At the beginning of the process, I was told there was an issue with my extended warranty coverage, despite purchasing the warranty at the time of sale. After providing documentation, the warranty was ultimately honored. Communication throughout the process has been inconsistent, with extended gaps between updates. I requested service documentation and drove to the dealership in person to obtain records. I was only provided service dates, without detailed repair notes, technician findings, or diagnostic information. I was eventually provided a basic loaner vehicle after approximately one month without transportation. Kia later offered compensation tied to the purchase of another vehicle, which did not address the unresolved condition of my current vehicle. I have reached out to the Kia Consumer Affairs, BBB, The Texas Attorney Generals office, left a google review, and even reached out to Steve Noviello at Fox 4, but can't seem to get any traction. My concern is not just the repair itself, but the extended downtime, lack of a confirmed diagnosis, difficulty obtaining service records, and limited communication throughout the process. More
