WORST buying experience ever. They tried to oversell me and screwed themselves. Paperwork put in incorrectly and ultimately car was returned and I got my trade back. I was told that I would receive my down payment back and when I returned the car back the finance representative ensured me. That I would receive my down payment back and he was no where to be found when I returned it. I am still waiting on my down payment. Eric Glover is the representative. Choose another dealer!! More

I purchased the extended warranty for almost $4000. Said that it covered repairs to the seats, but that’s only fabric. I have leather, they did not tell me that when I purchased the warranty. Had my ca Said that it covered repairs to the seats, but that’s only fabric. I have leather, they did not tell me that when I purchased the warranty. Had my car for almost 3 months just for the extended warranty company to OK a OEM alternator on my car check engine light came on took it to the dealership. They said that the check engine light was not on when I dropped it off which it was. They diagnosed my car as leaking oil and antifreeze and I need to replace two gaskets warranty company denied the repair saying that it was not a leakage that it was a seepage. I feel like the only reason why they are doing this is because I’m 10,000 miles away from my warranty being up so it’s either the dealership was trying to screw me their diagnosis of my car or the warranty company is doing a crap job so who’s problem is it?
