We enjoyed working with the staff of the dealership, however we felt slightly disappointed that the cost online was not necessarily the price at the dealership… we expected it to be a no hassle kinda th however we felt slightly disappointed that the cost online was not necessarily the price at the dealership… we expected it to be a no hassle kinda thing and the online pricing would match the price on the car for in person… in the end we liked Angel and the finance guy we worked with both where great! We just didn’t love the fact that we had to work to get to the online pricing, and still didn’t completely get the price we had hoped for based on the Wed site pricing… in the end lesson learned… but the buying process was simple and we are happy with the car. More
Overall, it was a good experience! They replaced a cracked windshield and delivered the vehicle to our home once completed. However, the only blemish was that a warranty that was made to seem complimentary was added to the sales contract. Once I pointed it out the finance manager, Kevin, redrafted the contract and I was able to resign electronically. Hopefully, it was all due to a misunderstanding, but it did bother me and changed the experience that otherwise seemed excellent. More
Service was very efficient. Not too fast but I’d rather they take their time to make sure everything is perfect. I did have to come back the next day for a part to be delivered Not too fast but I’d rather they take their time to make sure everything is perfect. My service experience went well except for the fact that I wasn't pleased with being charged for a new charge ($2 - $3 printing fee) under the Miscellaneous charges that I wasn't previously charged during m I wasn't pleased with being charged for a new charge ($2 - $3 printing fee) under the Miscellaneous charges that I wasn't previously charged during my last visit. Being nickel and dimed left a bad taste in my mouth especially for a printing fee that is mandatory (they have to provide me a printed receipt as they are unable to email it). More
