The sales person was horrible, tried to put me into a car that I didn't want, and more money that I wanted to spend. This salesman didn't even try, pretty much gave us the finger and we left after driving an hour to get to them cause he wouldn't do our application on line first. I went in for a transmission exchange. I dropped off my car. Explained the reason for my visit. I left to go home through the shuttle program. Sent me a list and it was up to my discretion whether I wanted those things done. I agreed to the core maintenance situation. Signed off and this was also via mobile. Out of curiosity, I called and ask if this going to still be done before closed. They said no problem since I was the 1st appointment in that day. I was really surprised at the new streamline of everything being done mobile phone. More
