Such as the length of the contract (miles and expiration) which ever comes first. I made the mistake of not asking more about my free oil changes when I purchased my Rogue. And during the selling of the car to both myself and my wife we only heard “3 years of free oil changes.” That was a selling point. However they left out “or 36k miles.” That was a little upsetting and here in Texas you can come across 36k miles quite quickly in a matter of months. I love my Nissan, and I’m pleased with the service maintenance folks. However, please instruct your folks to explain and fully disclose up front the small and big items. I would respect that more than finding out later down the road. I’m too trusting a person and I have to start questioning a salespersons motive and distill what they say. I’ll save me money down the way. More
