When I went to pick up my vehicle my front license plate was bent. Nobody mentioned it and it felt like they were going to let it slide and only fix it if I spoke up about it. Also the vehicle was washed without asking if I wanted my vehicle washed. I would have said no because of the swirl marks that can be caused by an automatic washer. Transparency and integrity are important to me, neither of which I felt were achieved. More

Wesley was extremely rude . My car was kept ar the dealership dor 4days due to a rear camera issue. No one ever followed up with me to give me an ETA. On the last day, I decided to return physically go to see if my car was ready. Once I arrived Wesley was extremely disconnected and was not customer service oriented. He even swore that I needed to pay ,even though I asked him initially would there be a cost with his response being no. He then notices that the invoice that he was reviewing was another customers .
