Upon calling and speaking to Kevin Shutter, I told him what the problem with my vehicle was and he asked me to bring it in at my convenience. Not only did he arrange for it to be taken care of, he also ar what the problem with my vehicle was and he asked me to bring it in at my convenience. Not only did he arrange for it to be taken care of, he also arranged for me to be put into a loaner vehicle so that I would not be inconvenienced. When I arrived, Joey Martinez quickly attended to me and made sure that I got into the loaner within a matter of minutes of my arrival.
