Started off a little "rocky" but ended up fine. In the past at Clay Cooley i would be sent a video of the things wrong with the inside or underneath the car. I actually asked for my car back before i received information. i felt the wait was too long before receiving information on the problem. I became rather upset and finally received attention. Still no video. I had to call and make sure the whole situation would be handled after a brief ex planation was given on the updates regarding the vehicle. I'm very used to better customer service in the past and was disappointed in my experience this time. After some dialogue of my frustration, i received better service. More
