I had a lot of help with my transaction and everyone was super nice, accommodating and answered any and all questions i had. Only reason for the 4 stars are a few incidents. Before I test drove the vehicle the gentleman had to air up the tires, I assumed because it had been sitting on the lot and temp changes, made sense. However the light came back on the very next morning after getting the vehicle and there was a nail in the sidewall. A little frustrating since i hadn’t even had the car 24 hours, I feel it should be standard to check vehicles top to bottom before letting someone drive it off the lot. The nail was in pretty deep and rusty, which leaves me to believe it was in there before driving it off. They took care of it same day and I do appreciate that as well. Also the car has 17 days till it needs an oil change and it is out of windshield wiper fluid. Again something that I feel like should’ve been taken care of before letting someone take it. Just customer service. No one wants to worry about car stuff after just getting a new vehicle. I understand it is standard maintenance, just seems like the vehicle should be in best condition ready to drive off the lot, no warnings popping up. Our salesman was an absolute lier as we caught him in several lies during the process Glad we mainly dealt with him over texts since we bought the car out of state and didn’t meet him in person until we several lies during the process Glad we mainly dealt with him over texts since we bought the car out of state and didn’t meet him in person until we were completed and ready to leave. At this time he knew nothing about the vehicle and couldnt show us anything on the functions or setup. We started the car ready to head back home 3 hrs away and it had a service light ⚠️ on the dash. I walked inside to find the salesman and see if he could tell me what it was as I didn’t want my wife stranded on the highway but of course he had no idea and told me it’s a new car that happens often, it is what it is. To say the least I was very frustrated with the professionalism or should I say lack there of from him. On a good note the finance gentleman was wonderful and very pleasant to talk with and glad he did all the work when we arrived. More
